		<description>I think Denmark, too, has taken an approach of well funded childcare provision coupled with restricted benefits for mothers who do not elect to return to work.

Affordble childcare is a BIG obstacle in the UK - especially for 0-2 year old children. Even some tax breaks on the expense of childcare would help.</description>
