Matthew and his team have transformed the RSA since he's been there - it's unrecognisable from the strange vanity project it was when I first came across it about 10 years ago. But no-one can create a movement on their own - especially if that movement is supposed to be one of active, pro-active thinkers and do-ers. A compelling vision has now been set out.
