		<description>Michael, why don&#039;t you apply for membership now and HELP him achieve that cultural shift?! Matthew and his team have transformed the RSA since he&#039;s been there - it&#039;s unrecognisable from the strange vanity project it was when I first came across it about 10 years ago. But no-one can create a movement on their own - especially if that movement is supposed to be one of active, pro-active thinkers and do-ers. A compelling vision has now been set out. Those of us who are attracted or inspired by that really do have to help realise it.</description>
