		<description>The RSA  programme sounds very good. I have always though that the single compelling justification for the London bid  was the promise of increased participation and facilites for ordinary citizens. You are right to be alert to any backsliding on that. My suggestion for the website/campaign strapline  &quot;Because life is not a spectator sport&quot; . 
One good thing that has come from the succesful bid is Simon Jenkins&#039; Guardian articles and his very funny criticisms of the IOC.
Off topic: Matthew - did you  see that Seth Godin is doing a rare seminar in London on 17 February.</description>
